Combining with conveyor belt, SM1200 have capacity of 3ton/hr for waste plastic.Feeding with conveyor, the plastic shredder will be more efficiency, the ram will push the waste plastic against the rotor, there are many blades lock in the rotor,the blades can be use twice, locking the blade with screw will be much firm than welding type. There are precise gap and special arrangement of the angles between the rotor and counter-knives for insure optimum cutting.
The waste plastic will be cutting into small particle, size in 20mm,30mm,35mm, depond on the size of the screen. SM1200 equip with the auger conveyor to discharge the waste plastic in center.
